RETURNS
If you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of receiving your online order, we offer store credit only, valid for 12 moths subject to the following conditions,
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with both tags attached within 7 days from the date of delivery. All items must not be damaged, altered or washed and have no make up stains and returned in there original condition to be eligible for a return. Please note No Returns will be issued if any tags have been removed or altered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards this includes any promotions. We're not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages once items have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

RETURNS CONDITIONS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. All items will be reviewed upon return. If items received are in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return and in case of non-compliance with this Return policy, you risk being suspended as per our fair use policy.

PROCESSING TIMES
Once your return has been received by our team you will be notified via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for assessment and processing. You will be contacted with the outcome once finalised. Approved returns will be issued as a credit note valid for 12 months. Where eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to clear once processed. Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery and comply with our return conditions. Items received outside this timeframe, or not meeting our standards, may be declined and returned to the original shipping address at the customers expense.

CHANGES TO RETURN POLICY
Sceene reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at its discretion. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. By completing a purchase with Sceene, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our 7-day Returns Policy.
